Installation requirements for the space frame structure

 


After the installation method of the space frame structure is determined, check the reaction force of each lifting point, vertical displacement, internal force of the bar, stability of the supporting column during lifting or jacking, and horizontal thrust of the space frame structure under wind load, and take temporary reinforcement measures when necessary.When the space frame structure is divided into bars, blocks or cantilever installation, the corresponding construction conditions shall be tracked and checked, and the influential bars and nodes shall be adjusted.Before dismantling the bracket or lifting equipment used for installation, the structure shall be checked for each working condition in order to select a reasonable dismantling sequence.

 

1. Before the formal installation of the space space structure, it is advisable to conduct partial or overall test and assembly. When the structure is simple or certain, the test and assembly is not required.

2. The space frame structure shall not be installed under the wind force  grade 6 or above.

3. Before painting the space frame structure, the surface of components must be treated to remove burrs, welding slag, rust, dirt, etc.The treated surface shall conform to the design requirements and current relevant standards.

4. The space frame structure should be installed after the completion of installation and the formation of a whole before the roof board and hanging members.
