Explain the 7 installation ways of space frame structure in detail

 

The installation method of space frame structure should be based on the type, force and structural characteristics of the structure, under the premise of ensuring quality and safety, determined in combination with schedule, economy and technical conditions in construction site. The following methods can be used for the installation of space frame structure:

1.High altitude bulk method: suitable for all types of space truss structures with full support assembly, especially suitable for bolt connection, pin shaft connection and other non-welded connection structure. The construction method of cantilever assembly with fewer supports can be selected according to the structure characteristics: Inner expansion method (cantilever assembly from the side support to the center), outer expansion method (cantilever assembly from the center to the side support)

2.Bar or block installation method: it is suitable for the space frame  structure with less change of stiffness and stress condition, the size of the bar or block shall be determined according to the lifting capacity of the lifting equipment.

3.Slip method: suitable for all kinds of space frame structure that can set up parallel slide rail. Especially applicable to the construction must cross (to be installed under the roof structure is not allowed to set up bracket or walking crane) or narrow site, lifting transportation inconvenience. When the space frame structure is large column grid or long and narrow plane, the sliding frame method can be used for construction.

4.Integral hoisting method: suitable for small and medium-sized space frame structure, it can be in place by translation or rotation at high altitude when hoisted.

5.Integral lifting method: it is suitable for all kinds of space frame structure. After the structure is assembled on the ground as a whole, it can be lifted to the design level and put in place.

6.Integral jacking method: suitable for all kinds of space truss structures with fewer fulcrum points. The structure rises to the design elevation and is in place after the whole ground assembly is completed.

7.Fold expansion integral lifting method, suitable for cylindrical reticulated shell structure, folding and assembling on or near ground work platforms, the folded structure is then raised to the design level with a lifting device, complement the rod that removed in previous at high altitude in the end, make it into the structure.
