Characteristics
1. According to the structure characteristics of dome space structure and its substructure, the grid is divided into several ring belts. The construction technology of combining the outer ring of small units with the outer ring of ground prefabrication and the central ring of ground prefabrication as a whole is adopted.
2.The prefabrication of small units on the ground adopts the method of rotation of the coordinate system to convert the coordinates of the original designed ball nodes into the new coordinate system, thus reducing the height of the prefabrication tool. Save steel, reduce aerial work;
3.The use of low elevation of stands and dome outer ring reduces the amount of scaffolding;
4.The center circle is high and there is no stand in the middle, using the whole lifting method. The ground group welding formed a lifting in place, the use of a pole, when lifting the wind rope is tied to the outer ring, reducing the length of the wind rope;
5.Measure the weld shrinkage through the test, formulate a reasonable welding program, effectively control the welding deformation and eliminate the welding stress;
6.The far-infrared rangefinder, level and theodolite are used to control the three-dimensional spatial coordinates of the ball nodes with permanently marked dots on the ground.
Scope of application:
Suitable for large-span space frame structure;
It is suitable for the curved frame structure with high middle and low outer edge of large span.
